Spring Recruitment
Late February through March
UMCAB usually recruits starting at the end of February. We welcome all interested Cal students to fill out a written application form! You may also attend an infosession to ask questions and meet some of our team.
Tryouts
Early to mid-April
Following a review of your application, you may be invited to try out for us. If selected, more details will be sent in an email late April to early May.
Team Announcement
Early to mid-May
Following tryouts, the Executive Board will select and announce next season's competition team, which will be practicing all summer long. Practices will be remote to accommodate summer travel.
